We were the cadets refreshing forums at 2am. We built Pilot Launchpad to be the kind of mentorship we wished we'd had.

Pilot Launchpad is run by a small collective of line pilots, instructors and HR consultants from across European and Middle-Eastern operators.
We share one belief: aviation careers are too long, too expensive and too important to navigate alone. The internet is full of generic advice. We trade it for personal mentorship grounded in real, recent line experience.
Every mentee gets paired with someone whose career mirrors the one you're aiming for. No syndicated content. No churn. Just one mentor, one plan, and a slow, deliberate climb to the right seat.
